We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law — it does not replace them.

Your right to cancel (14 days)
Because you are buying online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Just email matt@tcgbox.co.uk to let us know before you return anything.

Returns (30 days)
On top of that, we accept returns for 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, with the factory shrink wrap intact, in its original packaging. We cannot accept a sealed product back once it has been opened — the seal is the whole point of the product.

To start a return, email matt@tcgbox.co.uk. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. Returns must reach us and be checked before a refund is issued.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you cover the cost of return postage. If it is our mistake, we cover it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and email us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the item if anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. We will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

What we cannot refund
Opened or unsealed product, and gift cards. Sealed collectible products are sold on the basis of what is printed on the packaging — we cannot guarantee, replace or refund based on which cards you pull. Pull rates are set by the manufacturer and the odds are the same for everybody.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to show it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not seen it, email matt@tcgbox.co.uk and we will chase it.

We currently sell and ship within the United Kingdom only.
